Yoga for Athletes

Yoga for athletes is designed for any level of athlete, whether you are a beginner in working out or an elite athlete. This class will teach the benefits of yin yoga where you will hold poses to target the deeper connective tissue and incorporate breathing to help destress and send healing energy to your injured or achy body. It will also incorporate some of the basic yoga poses with some level of flow to target the muscles and core and to connect movement to breath.
Date: Tuesday, May 5-June 9; 7:15-8:15 p.m. (6 sessions)
