Tai Chi for Health - Waterville

This is an easy-to-learn form of tai chi that focuses on healing, relaxation and improving mobility and balance. Medical studies have shown that practicing this program helps improve the control of diabetes; improves flexibility, muscle strength, heart and lung function, posture and balance; and increases one’s ability to relax.
Date: Thursday, Jan. 16-March 5; 10-11 a.m. (8 sessions)
