Spirit Animal Meditation

Animals symbolize many different qualities throughout various cultures and are often used as guides to help build courage, confidence and intuition. Spend some time learning about common spirit animals and how they can symbolize various aspects of life, then be guided through a meditation that focuses on finding your unique spirit animal.

Date: Monday, Oct. 21; 5-6 p.m.
