Living Well with Chronic Pain

When you are in pain, it can be hard to focus on anything else… it's time to stop letting pain pause the rest of your life! This class will explore how eating healthy, gentle movement exercises and learning how to balance activity and rest can help improve your quality of life. Class is open to adults who have chronic pain as well as caregivers. Please call 872-4102 to register.
