Bring the whole family and experience how much fun drumming can be! Beginners are welcome. Bring your own drum or borrow one. This event is free and inclusive, and all ages and abilities are welcome.

Yin Yoga - SAT

Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga where floor postures are held for longer periods of time, while relaxing muscles and focusing on breathing. Great for all levels, especially those with joint issues. Benefits of this “quiet yoga” include decreased tightness and improved joint mobility and range of motion. *Participants must be able to get down onto the floor.

Drums Alive: Golden Beats

This class is designed to get your heart rate up and improve physical and mental fitness while having fun. Work your entire body (including your brain) and reduce stress by drumming on exercise balls. Golden Beats can be done sitting or standing, and is appropriate for all levels.
