Creative Labyrinth Journey

The Labyrinth is an ancient transformational symbol that offers the experience of "losing oneself" as a way of "finding oneself" anew. Unlike a maze, the Labyrinth will always lead you to the center, and then back again to our beginning point where we are transformed. During this workshop series, we will lean into the magic and wisdom of journeying the labyrinth together through various creative mediums: art-making, movement, & writing.

Facial Reflexology for Glowing Skin

Applying pressure to these areas relaxes muscles, improves blood circulation and helps to reduce symptoms of common health issues. In this class, learn how reflexology can be used to encourage healthy and glowing skin.

The terrain being walked/explored is uneven.
