Experience how breath work, combined with guided meditation, can help you navigate the emotional ups and downs of life with a greater ease and self-compassion. Please dress comfortably.

Health Coaching: Closing the Gap between Knowing & Doing

Foot Reflexology

The theory behind reflexology is that each of the body's organs and glands are "linked" to corresponding areas of the hands, ears and feet. Applying pressure to these areas relaxes muscles, improves blood circulation and helps to reduce symptoms of common health issues. Learn the basics of foot reflexology and the corresponding oils that support each area.
